

About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure, across on-premise environments, cloud platforms (AWS & GCP), and networking systems.This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic systems management, supporting both local and remote teams.
Job description
- Provide L1 and L2 support for users and systems (hardware, software, and network)
- Manage and maintain servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux, AWS, GCP)
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Support identity and access management across platforms and ensure compliance with security policies
- Coordinate with remote IT teams for incident response, VPN connectivity, and infrastructure optimization
- Contribute to documentation, automation, and process improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency

Job requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields
- 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management or operations
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), and cloud platforms - basic experience is ok (AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, firewalls, DNS)
- Familiarity with IDC operations and physical server management is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced English (able to communicate in english)
- Strong problem-solving attitude, autonomy, and accountability
